I HEREBY CERTIFY

(1) That No. 746 Sergeant A. J. Darby was duly enrolled in the muster Roll of the No. 3 Artillery Company of the Hong Kong Volunteer Corps on the 17th October 1903, and is actually a Member of the Corps on this date.

(2) That he attended during the 12 months ending the 31st March 1909 the number of drills as shown below ordered by the Commandant, each of such drills being of not less than one hour's duration.

(3) That he possesses & competent knowledge of Squad and Company Drill, the Carbine and firing exer- cises and machine gun drill.

(4) That he attended the gun practice of his Company and possesses a competent knowledge of the general duties of a gunner.

(5) That he was present at the last Annual In- spection of the Corps.
